Teen Read Week is coming!

Mark your calendars! Teen Read Week: Books with Bite is coming in only 1 month! Here are the events that the Millicent Library has planned...

Wednesday, October 15 from 4:30 – 6 p.m....we’ll show The Little Vampire, a fun movie (based on a book!) about a young boy who befriends a vampire (rated PG).

Thursday, October 16, which is an early release day for Fairhaven public schools, the Friends of the Library group is sponsoring a Comics + Manga Workshop at 12:30 p.m. If you like graphic novels and manga, come learn from two real graphic novel artists, Andy Fish and Veronica Hebard. You won’t want to miss it so sign up!

Friday, October 17 at 4 p.m. we're having a Vampire/Halloween Party! We may have a mystery murder theme, too if our TAG members get it together. Fun times... :)

Don't forget our regularly scheduled TAG meeting next Tuesday, September 23 (a.k.a. Nadine's birthday!). I also hope to see some of you this Saturday at our Harry Potter movie at 1 p.m. We're showing Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. oooh...
